Position: Senior SAP ABAP Consultant – OTC / Billing (Preferrable)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with strong experience in SAP ABAP development and extensive exposure to the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, particularly Billing. The candidate should have experience working in SAP AMS and support projects, collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments, enhancements, and production support.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide SAP ABAP development and technical support for SAP SD/OTC applications.

· Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP custom objects including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Conversions, and Workflows.

· Support production incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

· Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.

· Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and prepare technical designs.

· Develop and support Billing-related enhancements, pricing routines, output management, and invoice processing.

· Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.

· Support end-to-end OTC business processes including Order Management, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns.

· Participate in defect analysis, code corrections, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

· Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation, and transport management processes.

· Participate in CAB activities and release deployments as required.

· Support technical reviews, performance tuning, and code optimization.

· Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Mandatory Technical Skills

· Strong SAP ABAP programming experience (8+ years).

· Excellent knowledge of:





o Reports (Classical & ALV)

o Dialog Programming o Smart Forms o SAP Scripts o Adobe Forms o User Exits o Customer Exits o BADIs o Enhancement Framework o BAPIs o RFCs o IDOCs o Proxy/Web Services o OData Services

· Experience with CDS Views and AMDP (preferred).

· Robust debugging and performance tuning skills.

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA custom development.

· Experience in object-oriented ABAP.

· Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, or FMCG industry experience

· SAP IS-U integration exposure (preferred)

· SAP Fiori development exposure (preferred)

· Integration with MM, FI, PM, and FSM modules

· Experience working with global customers and offshore delivery models
