Experience Required: 13.5 - 21 years of experience.

Job Purpose/Summary:

A Senior SAP Test Manager is responsible for leading the testing efforts of SAP implementations and upgrades, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder management. having 15-20 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test managers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of SAP systems.
- Defect Management: Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate testing progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing methodologies.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Strategic Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test managers and engineers,



fostering a collaborative and high-performance setting.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of SAP systems.

Defect Management: Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues

Qualificaton:

- Experience: Extensive experience in SAP testing and project management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale SAP projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and test automation tools (e.g., HP ALM, Worksoft).
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and stakeholders.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP and testing methodologies are preferred.

Functional Skills/Competencies:

- Experience with end-to-end test management, including integration and user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in test automation and data readiness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies:

- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
