Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Design and develop efficient and scalable applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- Configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements.

- Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must to have Salesforce Lightning, LWC Integration, Apex, Aura, Triggers, Customization and Configuration experience - Strong understanding of





Salesforce platform and its capabilities and conduct code reviews and enforce high coding standards - Experience in designing , developing Salesforce applications, and Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. -Design and build modern, reusable, and responsive UI components using LWC - Experience in configuring Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements. -Managing the release cycles, deployments, and version control -Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, QA, and admins to ensure alignment and success. -Leadership or mentoring experience in a Salesforce development team -Experience in Salesforce Automation and Knowledge on Generative AI.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- The ideal candidate will possess a robust educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
