About the Role

NxtPlay is seeking a senior Salesforce Administrator to own platform operations across an enterprise, multi-cloud

Salesforce setting for a client in the automotive and auto-finance sector. This is a hands-on operations and governance role focused on security, compliance, release management, and production stability—not a build or implementation role. The successful candidate keeps a regulated, multi-cloud org secure, compliant, and running reliably.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (and applicable additional clouds), including user provisioning, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Implement and maintain security controls, including MFA, login IP relaxations, and org-level security settings.
- Support audit, monitoring, and compliance requirements, ensuring changes align with governance, security, and data-protection standards.
- Own operational runbooks and incident response for Salesforce production issues.
- Coordinate Salesforce seasonal releases and mandatory platform updates.
- Support internal controls and audits by ensuring changes align with governance and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in an enterprise environment.
- Advanced administration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.




- Demonstrated experience with security controls: MFA, login IP relaxation, and org security settings.
- Experience supporting audit, monitoring, and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Ownership of incident response and operational runbooks for production issues.
- Experience managing Salesforce seasonal releases and mandatory platform updates.
- Strong understanding of governance and internal-controls alignment for org changes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience administering Experience Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Exposure to Automotive Cloud.
- Prior auto-finance, captive-finance, or other regulated financial-services experience.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Identity & Access Management or Sharing & Visibility Designer certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (expected at this level).

Engagement Details

- Fixed-term individual contractor engagement through Consulting NxtPlay Private Limited (India).
- 100% remote, India-based, with a minimum of 3 hours of daily working-hours overlap with US Central business hours.
- Operations and governance focused; does not include net-new build or implementation work.
