JD- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions for banking, wealth management, insurance, and financial services organizations. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Salesforce FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and automation frameworks.

Experience with financial industry data models, client onboarding, financial accounts, household management, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred. Based on internal enterprise references, FSC implementations commonly focus on unified customer profiles, financial accounts, onboarding automation,

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Configure FSC data models including:
- Person Accounts
- Households
- Financial Accounts
- Referrals
- Relationship Groups
- Financial Goals
- Build custom applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Develop automation for customer onboarding, loan processing, account servicing, and advisory workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with core banking, wealth management, insurance, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities to support relationship management and customer service.
- Implement OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures where required.
- Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production support activities.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, GDPR, and financial industry regulations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and QA teams in Agile environments.
