Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities for children aged 2-6 years.
- Create a secure, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
- Encourage independence, creativity, communication, and social development in children.
- Use storytelling, phonics, rhymes, sensory play, and activity-based learning methods.
- Observe and track each child’s developmental progress.
- Maintain classroom materials, learning aids, and hygiene standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s growth and classroom activities.
- Organize events, celebrations, and theme-based learning activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and management for curriculum planning.
- Ensure emotional care, safety, and well-being of every child.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Montessori Training, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative, energetic, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Ability to handle children with care and positivity.
- Basic knowledge of activity-based and experiential learning methods.
- Freshers with strong passion for teaching are also welcome.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
