Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally
- Maintain inventory levels, stock ordering, and proper merchandising
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets
- Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with head office for reporting, stock, and operational requirements
- Handle staff attendance, duty rosters, and leave management

Requirements & Qualifications:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in pet care, FMCG, or specialty retail
- Proven experience in store or team management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff, inventory, and customer relations effectively
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills:
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge or interest in pet products and pet care (added advantage)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
