Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Counselling
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student databases and admission records.

Business Development
- Develop strategies to increase student enrollments and business growth.
- Generate leads through marketing activities, referrals, seminars, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and educational partners.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM updates.




- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and sales abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Solid presentation and relationship management skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Experience in academic counselling, admissions, or business development is an advantage.

Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in Education Sales / Academic Counselling / Business Development.
