Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Support: Draft and review legal agreements, contracts, and correspondence related to tendering and project execution. Assist in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize records of tender submissions, contractual agreements, and related documents.
- Tendering & Bidding: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, from understanding requirements to bid preparation and submission. Review and evaluate tender documents, ensuring all compliance, legal, and technical aspects are addressed.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, technical, and legal) and external stakeholders (clients, government authorities, vendors) to ensure smooth coordination throughout the tendering process.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to government regulations and guidelines in tender submissions and contract execution.
Education: LLB/BALL.B. Degree (mandatory)
Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal work and/or tendering, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector. Experience with government tenders and legal corporate law, infrastructure, energy, or tender related legal work documentation is highly preferred.
Meticulous: Must have an "eye for detail" and a zero-tolerance policy for clerical errors in legal documents. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive, resourceful, and business-oriented mindset.
