Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Beleghata, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Maintain purchase and sales entries accurately
- Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Prepare invoices and manage billing processes
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Assist in GST-related work and basic compliance
- Support senior accountants in routine accounting tasks
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a quick-paced environment

Experience:
- 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
- Good communication skills

- Responsible and disciplined

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
