Role: Telecounsellor/Academic counsellor

Location: Kolkata

Mode of Job: WFO

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes.:
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions through effective communication and follow-up.:
- Maintain a structured follow-up system to nurture leads and maximize conversions.:
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions.:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.:
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign optimization and lead quality assessment.:
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead data, and CRM/lead tracker updates.
