We are hiring an experienced Telecaller / Sales Executive for our Performance Marketing team. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and generating high-quality sales leads through outbound calls.
Daily responsibility includes making outbound calls and generating 5-7 hot leads per day. Usually, the target can be achieved within around 150 calls daily. Monthly lead target will be 150-210 qualified leads.
Salary: ₹15,000/month + 5% incentive on sales above ₹1,00,000.
Office timing: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Team activity and performance will be monitored through UltraViewer during office hours.
