Location: Parsheoni, Saoner, Ramtek, Mauda (Nagpur Region)
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Field Operations
Salary:
- ₹8,000 per month (Fresher)
- ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (1-2 years experience)
Languages Known: Marathi, Hindi (preferred)Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell tractors and agricultural equipment in assigned rural areas.
- Build relationships with farmers and generate current sales leads.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to close sales.
Required Qualifications:
- 12th Pass or Diploma (Any relevant field).
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in tractor/agriculture sales preferred.
Key Skills Required:
- Field sales & customer interaction
- Basic product knowledge of tractors/agri equipment
