Role Overview

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions for fitter/mechanical trainees as per project curriculum
- Provide practical hands-on training on maintenance and operation of:
- Lathe Machines
- Milling Machines
- Grinding Machines
- Demonstrate machine maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques
- Conduct theory and practical assessments as per company standards
- Create, execute, and evaluate assessments for trainee performance measurement
- Verify, review, and modify technical training content as per project requirements
- Ensure alignment of training delivery with industry standards and company guidelines
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and progress documentation
- Impart knowledge on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) pillars and related activities:
- Support trainees in skill development and practical competency enhancement




- Coordinate with project stakeholders for smooth training execution

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical training aptitude
- Hands-on exposure in machine maintenance and manufacturing processes
- Good understanding of TPM pillars and implementation practices
- Content verification and technical documentation skills
- Assessment creation and execution capability
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Practical problem-solving ability
- 4-6 years of total experience in manufacturing/shop floor production/maintenance activities
- Prior 1-2 years of technical training experience preferred:
- Experience in vocational skill development / CSR training projects will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
