Job Summary-
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tour Package Executive to handle domestic and international tour package inquiries, prepare travel itineraries, coordinate bookings, and support customers throughout their travel journey.
Key Responsibilities-
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to domestic and international tour packages
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and package proposals
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel vendors
- Assist customers with booking procedures and travel planning
- Maintain regular communication with clients before and after bookings
- Coordinate with visa, ticketing, and operations departments
- Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, payments, and customer details
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues professionally
- Promote travel packages, seasonal offers, and company services
- Support B2B and B2C travel operations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in travel sales, tour operations, or customer support
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations preferred
- Ability to prepare itineraries and quotations independently
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
- Experience in travel agency or tour operations industry will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of visa processing and ticketing preferred
