The RSM will recruit, train, and manage Sales Managers (SMs) and Field Sales Executives to ensure effective lead generation and customer acquisition for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. The role includes identifying potential markets, building local business networks, maintaining franchise partner relationships, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹68,700.00 per month
