Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Data Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Colombia. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience with Python (ideally 5-7 years).
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or Data Warehousing role.
- 5+ years of experience in building data pipelines using ETL tools (dbt preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Kafka, Spark, or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of both NoSQL and SQL databases.
- Expertise in workflow management and pipeline tools like Airflow
- Master's degree (or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience) in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage competing priorities and deliver work within agreed sprint commitments.
