Profile-Senior Design Lead-3D

Experience Required:5-6 years

Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the conceptualization and end-to-end design of spaces and installations for events, exhibitions, luxury popups, and branded environments.

2. Produce high-quality 3D visualizations.

3. Drive design presentations using Adobe Suite to develop polished decks, mood boards, and concept boards.

4. Incorporate AI-assisted design tools

5. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing creative direction, software guidance, and design feedback.

6. Own the full design process — from brief through concept, development, and final delivery — ensuring quality and creative consistency.

7. Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure design intent is accurately maintained during fabrication and in office execution.

8. Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in luxury retail, branded environments, and experiential design.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in spatial and installation design, preferably in Events, Visual Merchandising, Interior Architecture, or Set Designing.
- Expert proficiency in visualization & rendering tools.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI design tools.
- Strong background in luxury retail experiences including high-end popups and branded setups.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience guiding junior designers.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
