Role: Operational Head (Real Estate)

Salary Range:
₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of real estate projects and office activities
- Manage site activities and ensure timely project execution
- Coordinate between sales, CRM, legal, and site teams
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all projects
- Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency
- Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track team performance and provide guidance for improvement
- Prepare operational reports and updates for management
- Maintain coordination with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders




- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support management in decision-making and planning

Requirements:
- Experience in real estate operations (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valuable knowledge of site operations and project handling
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
