Role Description The CS Qualified role at Verdicto is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The CS Professional will handle day-to-day corporate secretarial tasks,



including drafting and reviewing corporate documents, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, and maintaining company records and registers. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing board and committee agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and supporting filings with relevant authorities. The CS Professional will assist in legal and compliance-related queries received via the Verdicto platform, contribute to internal process improvements, and support due diligence and advisory activities for clients. The position requires strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and consistent collaboration with legal, finance, and operations teams.
Qualifications
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI; additional degrees in Law, Commerce, or Finance are an advantage.
