You will coordinate committees and working groups while helping transform their discussions and insights into resources that members can actively use.
The position combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, research, communication, and a genuine interest in sustainability.
You will monitor emerging environmental and regulatory developments and identify the topics, experts, and resources most relevant to members.
Success in this role depends on keeping multiple initiatives moving while building strong relationships with industry stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
You will have significant exposure to sustainability trends affecting the printing, labeling, packaging, and broader industry ecosystem.

Accountabilities
Monitor emerging sustainability and regulatory developments, including EPR, PFAS, EUDR, carbon reporting, EHS, recyclability standards, and packaging regulations, identifying what matters most to members and where relevant expertise can be found.
Serve as a primary point of contact for member questions related to sustainability and help encourage participation in committees and working groups.
Coordinate committees and working groups by managing schedules, agendas, meeting preparation, follow-up activities, action items, and documentation.
Support committee chairs between meetings by keeping initiatives moving, maintaining alignment with broader organizational priorities, and ensuring commitments are followed through.
