- Unload Cargo: Remove incoming goods from trucks, trailers, or containers.
- Inspect Shipments: Check arrived items for visual damage or defects.
- Verify Counts: Match received item quantities against packing slips.
- Sort Items: Categorize incoming products by type or destination code.
- Stage Goods: Place unloaded items in designated intake zones. Shipping & Loading
- Retrieve Orders: Gather staged products prepared for outgoing transport.
- Load Vehicles: Place outgoing goods securely into trucks or containers.
- Balance Cargo: Distribute weight evenly across the transport vehicle.
- Secure Loads: Use straps, bracing, or wrap to prevent shifting.
- Confirm Shipments:

- Operate Equipment: Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep loading docks free of debris and hazards.
- Follow Protocols: Adhere strictly to warehouse lifting and safety standards.
- Report Issues: Log broken pallets, damaged goods, or equipment failures.
