Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Maintain company ledgers, journal entries, and financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Generate invoices, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, and financial summaries
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, and tax consultants
- Maintain billing records for outdoor media campaigns and vendors




- Monitor project-wise expenses and profitability reports
- Assist management with budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good understanding of billing, invoicing, and vendor management
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advertising, media, or outdoor advertising industry preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting
- CA Inter or relevant accounting certification will be an added advantage
