Job Summary: SOLIZE Partners India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our Engineering Services business across Europe, with a robust focus on the German market.

This is a leadership role for a seasoned business development professional with a proven track record of developing international business, building long-term customer relationships, and positioning high-value engineering services solutions. The ideal candidate will be a consultative sales leader who understands the manufacturing and automotive ecosystem and can represent SOLIZE as a trusted engineering partner.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute business growth strategies for Engineering Services across Europe. · Build long-term strategic relationships with Automotive OEMs,



Tier-1 suppliers, Manufacturing companies, and Engineering Service Providers. · Position SOLIZE's Engineering Services and Digital Engineering capabilities as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor. · Lead the complete business development lifecycle from market development and solution positioning to negotiations and account growth. · Collaborate with global SOLIZE teams in Japan, the US, and Europe. · Work closely with engineering, delivery, and leadership teams to develop customer-centric solutions. · Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team. · Represent SOLIZE at international customer meetings and industry events. · Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements Functional Requirements

· 15+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Sales within Technology Solutions, Digital Engineering, or Manufacturing Services. · Demonstrated
