Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Logistics CargoWise Support Specialist for a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) in Argentina.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience with CargoWise (DocBuilder, Forwarding, Warehouse modules preferred).
- Understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Be comfortable working with software version differences and ambiguous technical information.
- Customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical steps clearly and manage uncertainty professionally.
- Detail-oriented and methodical individual.
- The ability to self-research and validate information before sharing.Be comfortable saying "I need to verify this" rather than guessing.Nice to have:
- Experience with logistics workflow automation.




- Familiarity with XML data fields or document configuration in TMS platforms.
- CargoWise certification or formal training.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients using CargoWise and related logistics platforms. Help users configure document templates, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize workflows within the software.
- Respond to client inquiries related to CargoWise configuration (DocBuilder, document templates, workflow setup).
- Research and verify solution steps before communicating with clients.
- Write transparent, accurate how-to guides and support documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to CargoWise specialists or vendor support when needed.
- Stay current on CargoWise updates, modules, and feature changes.
