Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA, M.Com, MA, or any relevant PG degree preferred)
Location: Florem Hospital, Majitha Road, Amritsar, Punjab - 143001

Key Responsibilities
- Collect payments from patients for consultations, tests and hospital services.
- Generate bills, receipts, and invoices using hospital billing software.
- Maintain daily cash records and prepare cash reports.
- Handle cash, UPI, card and online payments.
- Coordinate with accounts and billing departments.
- Assist patients and visitors with billing-related queries.
- Verify insurance details and payment documents.
- Ensure accuracy in transactions and maintain confidentiality.
- Manage refunds and balance settlements when required.
- Follow hospital policies and financial procedures.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.




- Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge.
- Computer proficiency and billing software knowledge.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Professional and polite behavior.

Eligibility
- Post Graduationin Commerce, Management, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in hospital billing or cashier work is an advantage.

Working Hours
- Full-time duty

Salary
- Depends on hospital and experience.
- Common range in India: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month.
