Job Summary

The RO / ETP / STP Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Reverse Osmosis (RO), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) systems to ensure uninterrupted production of quality drinking water and compliance with Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) standards.

The role includes water quality monitoring, chemical dosing, plant maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards in the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance of:
- Pumps, Motors, Membranes, Valves, Dosing systems, Filters
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance team during breakdowns.

Required Qualification:
ITI / Diploma

Certification in Water Treatment Operations is an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of RO, ETP, STP operations
- Understanding of water chemistry
- Knowledge of pumps, blowers, filters, and membranes
- Understanding of TNPCB and food safety standards
- Preferred Industry Exposure
