Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will engage with retail and wholesale customers, understand their requirements,



and recommend suitable tile products from Trove’s range to meet aesthetic and functional needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing walk-in customer interactions, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders, along with regular field visits when required. The Sales Executive will coordinate with internal teams on inventory, delivery timelines, and post-sale support to ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to ongoing revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
