Job Opening: Billing & Planning Engineer (Road Construction & Bridge Projects)

AGC Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Billing & Planning Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimation, planning, and progress monitoring for road and bridge construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
- Conduct quantity estimation from drawings and BOQ.
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against approved schedules.
- Prepare work programs, catch-up plans, and delay analysis reports.
- Track material reconciliation and consumption statements.
- Coordinate with site, design,



and accounts teams for billing and planning activities.
- Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, and other project MIS reports.
- Support preparation of variation claims and extra item statements.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3-8 years of experience in billing and planning for road, highway, or bridge projects.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and contract conditions.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.
- Experience in projects under NHAI, MoRTH, MSRDC, or PMGSY is preferred.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications.
