About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversions:
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
- Generate performance reports and insights for internal teams/clients
- Work closely with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with latest trends, platform changes,



and best practices in digital advertising

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager:
- Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Positive understanding of analytics and tracking tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization is a plus

Preferred Skills
- Experience in agency environment
- Knowledge of eCommerce campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
