Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized QMS professional to maintain, strengthen, and optimize our quality systems. This position is suited for someone who understands that robust documentation and standardized processes are the backbone of consistent manufacturing quality.

Role Overview:
The QA QMS specialist will lead the implementation, maintenance, and auditing of our Quality Management Systems. The role involves controlling documentation, standardizing operating procedures (SOPs), facilitating audits, and working closely with all departments to bring structure and discipline into our growing setup.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strong implementation and strict adherence to QMS (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, AS9100, UL, WHMA) across operations.
- Create, update, and manage all quality documentation, including SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEAs, and inspection standards.
- Schedule, conduct, and report on internal quality and process audits.
- Prepare the facility for external customer audits, third-party certification audits, and agency inspections (UL/CSA/BIS).




- Drive systemic root cause analysis and track CAPA across all departments to closure.
- Monitor and report high-level quality metrics, ensuring clear ownership and continuous improvement.
- Train shop floor and staff personnel on QMS awareness and updated procedures.
- Centralize coordination with each plant
- Conducting IATF, EMS OHSAS Pre Audits, Successful closure of NCR’s from External body
- Conducting Corporate Process Audits to improve the QMS
- Leading Monthly Management Review Meeting (Inclusive of Company CEO, Operations Vice President)
- Implementation of Audits, MSA, APQP etc.Centralize data collection & analysis

Required Experience

3-5+ years of dedicated experience managing QMS in a manufacturing setting (wiring harness, electronics, aerospace, or automotive preferred).

Proven track record of participating in or leading internal and external audits.
