Operations & Service: Supervise daily operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate employees, fostering a positive work setting.
- Financial Control: Manage budgets, track daily revenue/costs, and implement strategies to reduce waste and maximize profits.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels, order food and supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Customer Relations: Greet customers, handle feedback, and resolve complaints to build a positive brand image. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
