Develop and expand business opportunities across Indian defense organizations, including Army, Navy, Air Force, DRDO, DPSUs, paramilitary forces, and defense integrators.
Promote defense technology solutions such as autonomous systems, robotics platforms, AI-enabled mobility solutions, and smart defense technologies.
Build and maintain relationships with defense stakeholders, procurement teams, and strategic partners.
Support defense procurement activities, including RFIs, RFPs, GeM participation, tendering, and proposal submissions.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for product demonstrations, field trials, and customer requirements.
Participate in defense exhibitions, industry forums, field demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Conduct market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities in defense technology.
Build a strategic sales pipeline and support business expansion within the defense vertical.
Prepare business presentations, capability documents, proposals, and account development plans.




Support strategic business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements
Must be a Commissioned Officer from the Indian Army or Indian Air Force.
Candidates from NDA, Short Service Commission (SSC), or equivalent officer-entry routes are eligible.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Strategy, or a related discipline.
Experience in leadership, operations management, equipment handling, stakeholder coordination, or related military responsibilities.
Solid interest in defense technology, robotics, autonomous systems, AI-enabled mobility, and strategic business development.
Exposure to defense procurement, equipment evaluation, acceptance trials, acquisitions, logistics, or capability development.
Understanding of the Indian defense ecosystem, defense acquisition procedures, government engagement, and public procurement.
