ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) and GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) nurses are foundational healthcare professionals. They provide direct patient care, administer medications, assist physicians, and support maternal and child health initiatives. They are the backbone of both community clinics and hospital wards.

Responsibilities
- Patient Monitoring: Regularly record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and report significant changes to the attending doctor.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer oral medications, intravenous fluids, and intramuscular injections as prescribed.
- Emergency & First Aid: Provide immediate stabilization, wound dressing, and basic trauma assistance prior to advanced medical intervention.
- Assist Physicians: Aid doctors during medical procedures, minor surgeries, and clinical examinations.

Maternal and Child Health (MCH) & Community Outreach
- Midwifery: Assist during normal deliveries, monitor fetal heart rates, and provide essential postpartum care for mothers and newborns.




- Immunization: Administer routine vaccinations and track immunization schedules for infants, children, and adults.
- Health Education: Counsel local communities on family planning, proper sanitation, personal hygiene, and nutritional improvements.
- Disease Surveillance: Identify vulnerable populations and track symptoms of endemic or communicable diseases within the local vicinity.

Administrative & Documentation Duties
- Record Keeping: Maintain highly accurate, up-to-date medical charts, treatment records, and diagnostic logs.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a sterile and safe workplace.
- Inventory Management: Ensure medical supplies, surgical instruments, and medications are adequately stocked and properly stored.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
