Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Manufacturing plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management at manufacturing sites. This role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acts as an employee champion, and drives HR initiatives that improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with plant leadership to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support manufacturing goals.

Act as a change agent to drive organizational transformation and continuous improvement in people practices.

Support recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for production, engineering, and support functions.

Lead employee relations efforts by addressing demands, grievances, and other HR issues in a timely and legally compliant manner.

Manage performance management, coaching, and development processes for plant employees and supervisors.





Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal HR policies.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and retention strategies.

Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, productivity) and recommend data-driven solutions.

Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of recent hires.

Provide guidance on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement culture is an advantage.
