Operations Manager - Media Industry

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within a dynamic media environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and team coordination
- Ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables
- Streamline operational processes for improved efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative and production
- Monitor performance and maintain quality standards
- Handle reporting, planning, and operational improvements

Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations
- Prior experience in Media / Production / Agency preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
