Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, checklists, and inspection plans.
- Conduct material inspections and ensure usage of approved materials as per project specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
- Perform regular site audits and prepare quality inspection reports.
- Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality records, test reports, and inspection logs.
- Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee testing of materials (concrete, steel, etc.) through lab and field tests.




- Participate in project handover inspections and snag list closure.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
- Familiarity with IS codes, NBC guidelines, and local regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools

Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Certification in Quality Control / QA-QC (preferred)

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
