This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role for someone who thrives when things are moving fast. You'll be the operational backbone of our HR function — keeping employee lifecycle processes tight, driving recruitment end-to-end,



and being the person all stakeholders trust to get things done without being chased.

You're the kind of HR qualified who finds satisfaction in a clean tracker, a seamless onboarding, and a hire closed on time. You're organised without being rigid, people-friendly without losing focus, and you take operational ownership personally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR coordination activities
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Cross-functional HR coordination — you'll interface with teams across design, production, sales, and export to keep HR processes running smoothly throughout the business
- Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, and process documentation
