General description of role:
The OPD / Outpatient Product Leader is a senior leadership role.
They are responsible for the strategy, development, and commercial performance of Aon's outpatient (OPD) health insurance offerings in India.
The role focuses on crafting and managing innovative OPD solutions (e.g., doctor consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, preventive care, digital health services) for corporate and retail clients. The VP will work closely with insurers, health tech partners, distribution teams, and operations to drive profitable growth, differentiated propositions, and outstanding customer experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Define and own the multiyear OPD product strategy for India across segments.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap for OPD benefits (stand alone and bundled with IPD/Group Mediclaim), aligned with overall health and benefits strategy.
