1+ Year Experience of Showroom Operation Manager
- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Warehouse, Dispatch, Customer Care & Purchase departments.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure proper stock management and showroom maintenance.
- Supervise quotation, order processing, billing, and delivery coordination.
- Train and guide employees for better performance and customer handling.
- Maintain SOPs and company operational standards.
- Coordinate with management for targets, planning, and business growth.
- Monitor pending orders, dispatch schedules, and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure proper communication between departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
