Jr. Content Specialist

Full-time | On-site | Experience: 2-3 years | Salary: 25,000-30,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, write, and edit articles, blogs, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Use AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to ideate, draft, and refine content efficiently.
- Develop SEO-optimised content aligned with keyword strategies and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to plan and deliver content calendars.
- Proofread and quality-check all AI-assisted and original content for accuracy, grammar, and tone consistency.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats such as newsletters, captions, and scripts.
- Write effective prompts and critically edit AI-generated output to match our brand voice.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements based on data.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, mass communication, or a related field.
- Language Skills:



Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and editing skills.
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for content creation.
- Prompt Writing: Ability to write effective prompts and edit AI-generated output to match brand voice and tone.
- SEO Knowledge: Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- CMS: Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress. Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a range of written work across formats and industries. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
