Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
- Coordinating technical interviews and follow-ups
- Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding
- Meeting hiring targets and timelines

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA HR (preferred)
