Interior Site Supervisor - Commercial & Residential Interiors Turnkey (0-5 Years Experience)

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities as per drawings and schedule.

Handle civil works - RCC, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, etc.

Oversee interior works - flooring, and joinery.

Coordinate with MEP, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure quality, safety, and timely work progress.

Manage labour, materials, and daily site reports.

Assist in billing and measurement documentation.

Communicate with architects and engineers for site clarifications.

Requirements:
Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical /B.E. in Civil Engineering.

0-5 years of experience in building construction and interiors.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Willing to work at site locations across Chennai.

Pay: ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 25,000 per month
