Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Wealth Specialist to drive partner acquisition, empanelment, and relationship management with distributors, wealth advisors, and family offices. Based in Pune, you will promote our PMS and AIF products, conduct trainings, and contribute to business growth in a high-net-worth client ecosystem. This role demands strong product expertise, sales acumen, and a client-centric approach in India's competitive wealth management landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current partners (distributors, wealth advisors, family offices) through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Manage empanelment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance with SEBI regulations for PMS and AIF products.
Conduct product training sessions, webinars, and workshops to equip partners with in-depth knowledge of our offerings, performance metrics, and investment strategies.




Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to drive AUM growth, cross-selling, and retention.
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and client feedback to refine sales pitches and training content.
Collaborate with internal teams (investment, compliance, marketing) to develop customized proposals and marketing collateral.
Track partner performance, generate reports on acquisition pipelines, and achieve quarterly business targets.
Stay updated on regulatory changes (e.g., SEBI guidelines for PMS/AIF) and ensure all activities comply with industry standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
3-5 years of experience in wealth management, distribution sales, or relationship management within PMS, AIF, mutual funds, or brokerage firms.
Proven track record in partner acquisition and empanelment in the HNI/UHNI segment.
