Lexantra Services LLP is a legal outsourcing firm providing litigation and paralegal support services to law firms across the United States. We assist attorneys and legal teams with high-quality legal documentation, case management, and litigation support services.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior paralegals and litigation teams with day-to-day case management tasks.
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and case files.
- Work on legal support tasks, including medical record summaries, deposition summaries, demand letters, document management, and case documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and internal team members when required.
- Understand client instructions and complete assigned work accurately and within deadlines.
- Conduct legal research and gather case-related information as instructed.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
- Support the litigation team with administrative and legal processes.
- Follow U.S. legal procedures, formatting standards, and client-specific guidelines.




- Participate in internal trainings and continuously improve legal knowledge and workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of U.S. law, litigation procedures, and legal terminology.
- Prior experience in a legal outsourcing company (LPO), law firm, or litigation support role will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal documentation tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the legal outsourcing industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with U.S.based law firms or attorneys.
- Knowledge of Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, or Medical Records Review.
- Basic understanding of client communication and legal workflows.
