Job Title: Store Executive

Experience:2-4 years

Location: Virgonagar, Avalahalli, Bangalore

Salary Range:3.6 lakhs-5 lakhs per annum

Immediate joiners preferred

Role Summary:
We are looking for Stores Executive for a leading graphic manufacturing and visual solutions company in India with experience in handling inventory, materials, and warehouse operations in the signage or metal industry. The role involves ensuring accurate stock management, timely material availability, and adherence to inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily stock records (inward & outward) of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material inspection, and documentation
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and identification of materials
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Issue materials to production as per approved indents
- Conduct periodic stock verification / audits and reconcile discrepancies




- Maintain MIS reports related to inventory and stock movement
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth operations

Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in stores/warehouse management:
- Must have experience in signage, metal, fabrication, or related industries:
- Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP
- Familiarity with materials like ACP sheets, metals, hardware, electrical components, etc.
- Positive understanding of documentation and stock control processes
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
