Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Production follow-up with factory
- QC (Quality Control) updates, coordination, and follow-up
- Pallet packing coordination and QC update tracking
- Managing master samples:
- Sending samples to factory
- Collecting samples after production
- Design coordination
- JPG master matching updates
- New design search follow-ups
- Container loading updates and coordination
- Preparing and updating pallet packing detail sheets
- Coordinating local transport




- Handling material loading for cutting (transport coordination)
- Sample courier coordination, packing updates, and tracking

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in ceramic tile and stone industry
- Strong knowledge of factory processes and QC
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Experience in ceramic tile and stone industry will be highly preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Gujarati preferred)
