A Cricket Coach is responsible for training students in cricket skills, techniques, and game strategies. The role focuses on developing physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while preparing students for matches and competitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct regular cricket training sessions
- Teach fundamental and advanced cricket skills:
- Batting
- Bowling
- Fielding
- Wicket-keeping
- Develop match strategies and game awareness
- Organize practice matches and inter-school competitions
- Assess players’ performance and provide individual feedback
- Build students’ fitness, stamina, and coordination
- Ensure safety during practice sessions and matches
- Maintain sports equipment and ground discipline
- Motivate students and promote teamwork and sportsmanship




- Identify talented players and support their development

Required Qualifications:
- Certification in Cricket Coaching (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (Physical Education or any field - preferred)
- Experience in playing cricket at school/district/state level

Skills Required:
- Robust knowledge of cricket rules and techniques
- Coaching and mentoring ability
- Leadership and communication skills
- Fitness training knowledge
- Ability to motivate and manage students

Experience:
- 1-5 years of coaching experience preferred
- School or academy coaching experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
