Key ResponsibilitiesDental Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat routine dental problems
- Perform dental consultations and treatment planning
- Carry out procedures such as scaling, fillings, extractions, root canal related basic assessment, and other general dental treatments as per expertise
- Assist in smile design and cosmetic dental procedures
- Maintain proper clinical records and treatment documentation
- Ensure sterilization, infection control, and clinical safety protocols
Cosmetology / Aesthetic Responsibilities
- Consult patients for basic aesthetic and cosmetology concerns
- Coordinate or assist in aesthetic treatment planning for skin, facial rejuvenation, smile enhancement, and allied cosmetic procedures
- Support procedures related to facial aesthetics depending on training and clinic protocols
- Educate patients about treatment options, expected outcomes, maintenance, and post procedure care
- Identify suitable patients for combined dental and facial aesthetic approaches
General Responsibilities
- Build strong patient trust and maintain professional communication
- Cross refer patients within departments when needed
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for comprehensive care
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and follow up
- Contribute to clinic growth through ethical case conversion and treatment guidance
Required Qualifications
- BDS or equivalent dental qualification
- Valid registration with relevant dental council
- Experience in general dentistry:
- Exposure to cosmetology / aesthetic practice / facial aesthetics preferred
- Good communication and patient counseling skills
- Skilled appearance and premium patient handling ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Knowledge of smile correction and facial harmony concepts
- Experience in skin aesthetics, anti ageing consultations, or aesthetic medicine assistance
