- Qualitest is looking for B1 Resource with strong expertise in manual testing, insurance domain knowledge, and proficiency in JIRA and Power BI
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and create test plans.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and maintain test documentation.
- Generate Power BI dashboards and reports to provide visibility into test progress, defect trends, and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with insurance domain standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives) and contribute to Agile delivery.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to team members on testing processes and tools.
- Must have:
- 4/5Hands‑on expertise with JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
- 4/5Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- 3/5Good understanding of insurance workflows, policies, and claims processes.
- Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills.
